1. Overview

The Matrix Market is proud to offer free worldwide shipping on every order, no matter where you are. Whether you are ordering from across the street or across the globe, there are no shipping fees, no minimum order requirements, and no conditions attached. Free shipping is a standard part of every purchase made with us, across all products and all seasonal collections.


2. Where We Ship

The Matrix Market ships to customers worldwide. We deliver to all 50 United States including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as to international destinations across North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania, and the Middle East. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your specific location, please contact our support team prior to placing your order and we will confirm availability for your region.


3. Free Shipping — Every Order, Every Destination

Every order placed through The Matrix Market ships completely free of charge, regardless of your location, order size, or order value. There are no shipping tiers, no international surcharges, and no promotional conditions required to qualify for free shipping. Free worldwide shipping is our standard offering and applies to every customer on every order, every time.


4. Delivery Timeframes

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase confirmation, Monday through Friday, excluding federal public holidays. Once dispatched, estimated delivery timeframes are as follows. For customers within the United States, orders typically arrive within 3 to 8 business days from the date of dispatch depending on your location, with customers in Alaska and Hawaii falling toward the higher end of that range. For all international customers outside of the United States, orders typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that these timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your country, local postal infrastructure, carrier workload, customs processing times, and other factors outside of our control. The Matrix Market accepts no liability for deliveries that fall outside of the estimated timeframe due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


5. Order Processing

All orders are processed on business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase is completed, followed by a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to become active after your shipping confirmation has been sent.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time. We encourage all customers to use this tracking information to stay informed of their shipment's progress. Please be aware that tracking updates for international shipments may be less frequent once a parcel has left the United States and entered the destination country's postal network, as tracking visibility can vary between carriers and countries. If your tracking information has not updated within 72 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact our support team and we will look into it on your behalf.


7. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country's government or customs authority upon arrival. These charges are entirely outside of The Matrix Market's control and are not included in the purchase price or covered by our free shipping offer. Any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees that are assessed on your order are the sole responsibility of the customer. The Matrix Market is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, and we are unable to predict or advise on the specific charges that may apply in your country, as these vary widely by destination and order value. We strongly encourage international customers to research the customs regulations and potential import costs applicable in their country prior to placing an order.


8. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate, complete, and formatted correctly for the destination country. The Matrix Market is unable to modify or redirect a shipment once an order has been confirmed and entered our fulfillment process. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we will contact the customer to arrange reshipment. While our outbound shipping is always free, any costs associated with re-shipping an order due to an address error provided by the customer may be passed on to the customer at our discretion. The Matrix Market accepts no responsibility for non-delivery resulting from an inaccurate address submitted at checkout.


9. Lost or Delayed Shipments

While The Matrix Market takes every precaution to ensure orders are dispatched promptly and packaged securely, we are not responsible for delays or losses that occur once an order has been handed to the carrier. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window and your tracking information has shown no movement for an extended period, please contact our support team and we will work with the relevant carrier to investigate the status of your shipment. We will make every reasonable effort to assist in resolving shipping issues, however resolution timelines are subject to the carrier's own investigation process, which may take additional time for international shipments. International customers are encouraged to allow the full 14 business day window to elapse before raising a lost shipment inquiry, as delays at customs can sometimes cause temporary gaps in tracking updates.


10. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives in a visibly damaged condition, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of both the damaged item and the outer packaging. We will assess each case individually and work toward an appropriate resolution. Claims submitted outside of the 48-hour window from the confirmed delivery date will not be considered under any circumstances, so we ask all customers to inspect their orders promptly and carefully upon receipt.


11. Restricted Destinations

While we aim to ship to as many destinations worldwide as possible, there are certain countries and territories to which we are unable to deliver due to international shipping restrictions, carrier limitations, or legal prohibitions. If your country is not supported at checkout, please contact our support team and we will do our best to find an alternative solution. The Matrix Market reserves the right to cancel and refund any order where delivery to the specified destination is not possible.
