If the item you received does not fit as expected, or if the color delivered does not match what you selected at the time of purchase, you are covered under this guarantee. We want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us, and we recognize that despite our best efforts to provide accurate sizing guides and product imagery, the nature of online shopping means that occasional mismatches can occur. Our guarantee exists precisely for these situations. It applies to all products across all seasonal collections, regardless of whether the item was purchased at full price or during a promotional period, as long as the conditions outlined in this policy are met.


3. All Sales Are Final — No Refunds Issued

We do not issue refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, dissatisfaction unrelated to sizing or color, order cancellations, or any other reason outside of the specific coverage outlined in this policy. Once a transaction has been completed and payment has been confirmed, it is final and irrevocable. Our Satisfaction Guarantee does not entitle any customer to a monetary refund. Instead, we offer a straightforward exchange process designed to ensure you end up with the right product. By completing a purchase with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms in full.


4. Exchange Process — How It Works

If you are unsatisfied with the sizing or color of your order, we offer a hassle-free exchange process. To initiate an exchange, the customer must first ship the original item back to us in its original, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition, with all original tags attached. Once the item has been shipped, the customer must send an email to our support team providing their order number, confirmation of the return shipment including a tracking number, and clearly stating which size or color they would prefer as their replacement. Exchanges are only processed once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team to confirm it meets the conditions outlined above. Upon successful inspection, we will dispatch the replacement item as promptly as possible, subject to availability within the current collection.


5. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for an exchange, all returned items must be in their original condition. This means the item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from any odors, stains, marks, or damage of any kind. All original tags must remain attached and intact. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way, or that are returned without their original tags, will not be accepted for exchange and will be returned to the customer at their expense. We reserve the right to assess all returned items upon receipt and to determine, at our sole discretion, whether they meet the conditions required for an exchange to be processed. Items that do not meet our return condition standards will not be eligible for an exchange and no further resolution will be offered.


6. Return Shipping — Customer Responsibility

The cost of return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels or cover any costs associated with sending an item back to us. We strongly recommend that customers use a tracked shipping method when returning items, as we cannot be held responsible for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit. If a returned item does not arrive at our facility, we are unable to process an exchange, and no resolution will be offered. The customer assumes full responsibility for the safe return of the item to us.


7. Exchange Availability & Limited Collections

Please be aware that our collections are strictly limited in quantity and are seasonal by design. Once a collection sells out or the season concludes, those products are permanently discontinued and will not be restocked. While we will make every reasonable effort to fulfill an exchange request with the customer's preferred size or color, we cannot guarantee availability at the time the exchange is processed. In the event that the requested size or color is no longer available, we will contact the customer to discuss the available options within the current collection. No refund will be issued in the event that an exchange cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability, and the customer will be offered an alternative of equal value from the available inventory.


8. Timeframe for Exchange Requests

Exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date of the original order. Any request submitted outside of this 14-day window will not be eligible for an exchange under any circumstances. To initiate the process within this timeframe, customers must email our support team at the address provided on our website within the 14-day period, and the return shipment must be sent within 7 days of that initial email. We reserve the right to decline any exchange request that does not comply with these timeframes, regardless of the reason for the delay.


9. Non-Exchangeable Circumstances

Our Satisfaction Guarantee and exchange policy apply exclusively to sizing and color selection. Exchanges will not be accepted or processed for any other reason, including but not limited to: general dissatisfaction with the product, change of mind, damage caused by the customer after delivery, incorrect care or washing of the item, or any reason unrelated to the size or color received differing from what was ordered. Additionally, items that have been worn, washed, or are not in their original resalable condition will not be accepted for exchange. Our team reserves the right to decline any exchange request that does not meet the full criteria outlined in this policy.

To initiate an exchange, please email our support team with the following information: your full name, order number, the item you are returning, the reason for the exchange, your preferred replacement size or color, and your return tracking number. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days to confirm receipt of your request and provide further instructions.
